Sue Malkin is a Fine Arts graduate of Leeds University. She taught for many years before moving to the Rhone Alps where she lived and painted for nine years, exhibiting widely and receiving awards in regional and international salons.

Since 1993, Sue has lived in the Tyne Valley. Her work interprets the complexities of movement based on observational drawings of figures and horses. Her current output includes a series of racehorse paintings.
