‘‘I breathe and I am born. I breathe out and I am gone. Somewhere in between these two points in time, I create harmonies between metal and stone.’’ Lynn Tindale has travelled the world drawing inspiration for her jewellery designs and workmanship from a wide source of artistic and cultural traditions. She works in platinum, gold and silver and incorporates pearls, diamonds, coloured gems and semi-precious stones.

Lynn was born and brought up in Edinburgh, the daughter of the late artist, Duncan Tindale. She trained in the Edinburgh workshop of the late John McCabe. Her current range of sculptural jewellery includes gold wire and silver wire neckpieces containing semi-precious stones and pearls.

Lynn has a small shop and workshop in the Scottish Borders town of Peebles.
